Dioecious breed of Finnish origins, this is the only one among known varieties to be independent of photoperiod.
Finola
Description
Its origins and autoflowering character limit its use in the extreme Nordic environments. This variety does not tolerate high temperatures and at low latitudes it should be sown in June in irrigation fields. Designed for the production of grain in Finland, it is not very widespread and it is sometimes grown indoors.
